Meet the trustees

Geoff’s role is Chair of Trustees, he helped set up Just42 back in 2002 and has been involved ever since. Geoff’s motivation for being involved with Just42 is to show something of God’s love to the next generation in practical ways through our projects, clubs and events. Geoff is inspired to see young people engaged in their community, learning new skills, making new friends and exploring their faith.
Outside of Just42 Geoff works as a company owner/director, and is a member of St John’s church, Woodbridge. Geoff is married with four grown up children. In his spare time he enjoys road biking, golf and running.

Matt has had a long career in innovation and technology with masters degrees in both Physics and Technology Engineering. Having formally been the Director of Innovation at British Telecom, Matt now leads his own innovation consultancy business helping small and large companies around the world to develop their innovation strategy and capability and designing and running innovation programmes and events for them. Matt is also a Fellow of Judge Business School at Cambridge University where he provides teaching, coaching and mentoring on courses such as the Masters of Entrepreneurship and Global CTO Programme.
Matt is passionate about the power of learning, coaching and mentoring to transform peoples lives and careers. Matt has particularly worked with entrepreneurs and innovators in large organisations helping them develop and realise their visions and make their solutions real.
In his spare time he enjoys running and going to the gym. He is married with 3 daughters which also keeps him very busy!

Charles is vicar of St John’s Woodbridge and Rector of St Andrew’s Bredfield. He is married to Kate and has four children. Before moving to Woodbridge he was a minister in London and Buckinghamshire. He loves running, biking, sailing and spending time with his family.

Jackie is a longstanding Trustee helping Just42 grow over the years. As a senior probation officer Jackie has a huge amount of experience in helping people most in need. Her warm an empathetic nature as well as her years of experience ensures she understands both the needs of young people and how to approach often difficult situations. Alongside this Jackie is the Just42 deputy safeguarding lead acting as a second person if safeguarding concerns were to be raised. Jackie is committed to her faith and she lives her faith through her daily actions. She is also a hands on grandma and loves spending time with her family.

Louise’s background as an HR and finance professional ensures that Just42 remains a professionally run charity that has the highest standards. Louise has been instrumental in setting up clear policies and HR guidelines as well as supporting the growth of the charity. Being a devoted Christian Louise is a great person to speak to both professionally and personally. Louise is a keen gym goer and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Louise also likes to travel to New Zealand to spend time with her family.

Eunice has a background as a Secondary School teacher for 20 years and ran a children’s cookery school for 23 years
Having worked with children and young people all her adult life she loves that Just42 encourages them to thrive, be empowered, develop the skills and confidence to make positive decisions and function as contributing members of society. Eunice feels that in this area of Suffolk we have the privilege of making that a reality for many children. Giving them value and purpose as God intended. We provide a safe place for many.
Eunice enjoys a contemporary dance class every week, likes to create work with textiles or paint and loves walking, swimming, travel and gardening.
