Meet the Team

  • Caroline has worked at Just42 since 2007 and has been the Charity Manager since 2010. In her role she oversees the day to day running of the charity including overseeing finances, managing the core team, fundraising from grants, trusts and events, managing our relationships with local stakeholders, responsibility for the program of work, managing business development and working closely with the trustees to ensure the professional running of the charity. Caroline is also the charities designated safeguarding lead.

    Caroline has a background in financial advice and as a volunteer youth worker as well as many years of experience of leading and running summer youth camps.

    Caroline is passionate about seeing the work we do to support local children and young people and the difference it makes in their lives.

    In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, working on her vegetable plot, living by the sea, paddleboarding and travelling abroad.

  • Jacqui has worked for Just42 since 2010 and has held the role of Youth Work Coordinator since 2018. In this role, Jacqui oversees our six rural youth clubs as well as our Creative Thursday club. She also runs two lunchtime clubs at Farlingaye High School, delivers a babysitting course, and supports our transition project, helping local Year 6 children as they move on to high school.

    Jacqui has an enormous amount of experience working with young people with additional needs. Prior to joining Just42, she worked for an organisation supporting young people with complex needs in a residential setting. During this time, Jacqui was also a keen mountaineer and adventure instructor with the Sea Cadets, which gave her the opportunity to climb every mountain in the UK.

    Jacqui has volunteered for many years as a Guide leader and has taken children and young people on adventures all across the world.

    Highly creative, Jacqui has a real passion for arts and crafts and is often found creating amazing pieces of craftwork in her spare time. She also loves to travel and has visited many different countries, gaining a wealth of travel experiences and plenty of funny anecdotes along the way.

  • Jo has worked at Just42 since 2022 as the Childrens worker. In her role she delivers kids clubs in 5 local primary schools and visits additional schools supporting their RE curriculum and delivering assemblies. She runs occasional holiday clubs and a fortnightly kids club in Woodbridge. She supports the Creative Thursday club. She coordinates our transition project supporting local year 6 children in their move to high school.

    Prior to working at Just42 Jo has many years of experience teaching in primary schools. Jo’s attention to detail when planning clubs or events always ensures they go amazingly.

    Jo is devoted to both the Salvation Army church in Felixstowe and Scouts. Within her church Jo will oftern be running many of the childrens events and she has a passion for spreading Gods love to children. Jo also commits herself to the Scouting movement where she has taken children and young people across the world to numerous events.

    As a mum and a grandma Jo loves spending time with her family and grandaughter. Jo also loves travelling and has been all over the world experiencing new cultures.

  • Will has been the Administrator at Just42 since early 2023. In his role, he manages the day-to-day financial aspects of the organisation, staff and volunteer recruitment, data management, and oversees the charity’s website, marketing, and IT. Will also assists with the running of events and acts as Just42’s first point of contact. In addition, he is the lead youth worker at our Grundisburgh Off the Bus youth club.

    Will has a background in digital marketing, having run his own business supporting local companies and charities.

    He previously worked as a teacher for 10 years within secondary education, teaching Media, Design Technology, and IT. Specialising in SEND, Will worked across both mainstream education and PRU settings, where he set up and ran alternative education provisions. These included nurture groups, ASDAN courses, and Prince’s Trust qualifications for students with additional needs.

    Will recently became a licensed youth minister for the Church of England and is committed to supporting young people as they explore their faith.

    Alongside his role at Just42, Will serves as a non-executive director for a CIO that supports individuals who have been hacked or had their identity stolen online. In this role, he actively helps people recover their identities and ensures they have appropriate cyber protection in place.

    Will is passionate about raising the profile of Just42 and the excellent work it does. He is motivated by seeing the positive impact the charity has on the lives of children and young people.

    In his spare time, Will enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He also loves woodworking and DIY.

  • Lynette has been the Compass Mentoring and Schools Work Coordinator at Kesgrave High School since early 2023. In her role she oversees the mentoring project within school working alongside Lydia to coordinate the team of volunteers. Together they train and support our team of volunteer mentors enabling them to support young people referred to the project. She also runs 2 lunchtime clubs within school.

    Lynette has a background as a primary school teacher and then worked as a family support worker and mentor in Hereford. Coordinate and train (ADD).

    Lynette has lived in other countries including Germany and Cyprus and loves exporing new places.

    Lynette is dedicated to her Christian faith and has introduced things such as Treat or Treat to Woodbridge, which she pioneered in Hereford, reaching out to hundreds of childrens and families showing them the light that God gives.

    Lynette brings lots of experience to the team and is a born mentor, oftern mentoring both young people and the team at Just42.

    In her spare time Lynette is a keen twitcher and loves the countryside. She loves to travel and has visited many interesting places across the world. Lynette loves being with her family and she adores being a hands on grandma with her grandson.

  • Lydia joined Just42 in early 2025 as the Compass Mentoring and Schools Work Coordinator at Farlingaye High School. In her role she oversees the mentoring project within school working alongside Lynette to coordinate the team of volunteers. She also runs a lunchtime club within school and assists with our transition project supporting local year 6 children in their move to high school.

    She has experience working with young people through mentoring and running youth clubs. Having run a successful youth provision in Ipswich, Lydia also facilitated Alpha courses and mentoring.

    Lydia’s empatetic approach to young people helps young people to be heard, and she is passionate about ensuring young people are listerened to. She has built up a stong relationship with both St John’s and Quay church runnig a CU at Farlingaye that has over 50 young people attedning weekly!

    In her spare time Lydia is devoted to her church and is a keen DIYer renovating her victorian house with husband Dan. Lydia also enjoys socialising with friends and has a soft spot for a good coffee shop.
