About Just42
Making a positive impact
Just42 is the only open access youth provider in 200 square miles of rural Suffolk, last year we came into contact with about 1300 children and young people.
Through our work we build relationships with children and young people over a number of years. In this way we build confidence, self esteem, build community, reduce crime and anti social behaviour. We also increase well- being and school attendance.
We are a christian charity, the name Just42 comes from the following Bible verses:
Isaiah 42 v 1 to 4
“Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations. He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the islands will put their hope.”
