The days start at 9am…

When you arrive you will join up with up to 10 other participants of a similar age, and meet your team leaders. You will be with this team for most of the three days, taking part in the activities together, supporting one another and together competing against other teams. The first morning you will spend some time getting to know your team, and finding out what everyone is good at. After that we have more than 15 different activities planned for you to take part in over the three day, these include;

·       Football

·         Rounders

·         Shelter Building

·         Army Circuit Training

·         Practical Challenges

·         Challenge Course [like an assault course]

·         Laser Tag

·         Parkour

·         Army demonstration

Plus lots more that we want to keep a surprise until nearer the time!

Each day finishes at 430pm, to give you time to go home rest and be back with us for more the next day.

[Please be aware that Rock Ops is taking place on an active military base. We will do our best to run all activities we have publicised but the programme may change due to poor weather or other circumstances beyond our control].
