JULIA HANCOCK'S BOXING DAY SWIM FOR JUST42!

Julia Hancock (fundraiser at Just42) has so far raised over £580 for Just42 from her brave Boxing day swim! Well done Julia and thanks to all the sponsors!


 

FIRST JUST42 CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY CLUB SUCCESS!

47 children came along to the first Just42 Christmas Holiday Club on 21st and 22nd December 2011.

It was a great time full of fun and excitement with the children's enthusiasm shining on their faces! Well done to Ruth and the team that made it happen.


 

AGM & SHOWCASE - 23RD NOVEMBER 2011

Thanks to all that came along to our AGM last night, it was a great evening and we really appreciate your support!
 
The showcase was a great chance to see what is happening in the world of Just42. Highlights included the demo of an assembly led by Ruth and Julie, Kevin's video 'The Day In The Life Of A Youth Worker', Caroline's interview with Helen Rochead (Trainee Youth Worker) and Malcolms Adrenaline Alley DVD.
 

 

NOVEMBER FUNDRAISING EVENT - DINNER & MUSIC AT THE ABBEY

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped at this year's event!
 
It was a great evening filled with delicious food which included Gressingham smoked duck, Dingley Dell pork and poached pears with chocolate brownie.

PAMPERING EVENING ON SAT 8TH OCTOBER WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!

The pamper night was full of fun, relaxing treatments and a bit of belly dancing! Thanks to all of you that came and to those that helped out and especially those that provided treatments. Over £450 was raised for the work of Just42 too!

JUST42 BEERTASTING EVENT RAISES OVER £500!

It was over the hot weekend at the beginning of October that local Christian youthwork Trust Just42 held their first beer-tasting event at the Deben Rowing Club on the river wall at Woodbridge.

 

 

THE NEW RURAL YOUTH BUS IS HERE AND WILL BE LAUNCHED AT 3:30PM ON THURS 22ND SEPTEMBER!

Please come along to the Woodbridge Youth Centre to support the start of Just42's new project. Our Rural Youth Bus will be officially launched and you will be able to look around it and see all the exciting equipment. Just42 is grateful to the Suffolk County Council Co-location programme for their generous funding and support for this new venture. Photos below!
 

 

BEERTASTING EVENING - SATURDAY 1ST OCTOBER!

 

 

Come along to our beertasting evening on Saturday 1st October from 5:30 - 7:30pm.

Join Chris Mapey from The Angel in Woodbridge for an evening of beer tasting.

A Chance to taste 6-8 beers, including guest beers from small breweries.

This evening will be held at the new Deben Rowing Club premises.

£10 per person, rowing machines will be available, nibbles provided

Parking available at Woodbridge Youth Centre (The Avenue, Kingston Road)
