TESCO SCHOOLS & CLUBS 2010

We are pleased to announce that with your help we collected at total of 17,296 vouchers! This is a fantastic achievement and has allowed us to order some extra equipment for our animation club, our rural youth clubs and also some craft materials.

NEW JOB FOR OLD!

Sadly, we are saying goodbye to Project Director, Mike Simpson who has courageously lead Just42 into a whole new way of working over the last three and a half years. He has been a fantastic leader and will  take on the role of a Just42 Trustee, we are VERY glad we are not losing him completely. We wish Mike every success as he returns to the world of Clarke and Simpson Estate Agents for the next few months  

 


 

Chips n' Dips at the Methodist Church

There is an event being organised for children and young people aged 8 - 13 years at the Methodist Church, Woodbridge. It is from 6.30pm - 8pm on Friday 18th June. See full details under 'NEWZ' in the Kidz Klub section of this website. This is part of the celebration of Community Life and Flower Festival taking place at the church that week-end.


 

A Prayer Room in Woodbridge

Churches in Woodbridge are planning to hold a week of prayer in May 2010. The aim is to have prayer continuing around the clock 24 : 7 from 7pm on Saturday May 22nd through until 5pm on Monday May 31st.

Tesco Schools & Clubs 2010

Today sees the launch of the new Tesco for Schools & Clubs 2010, with vouchers available in stores from 1st March to 9th May. Please see the How to Help section under Donations for more details.


 

Just42 have ambitious plans for Christian Youth Festival

Just42 have exciting plans to put on a 2 day Youth Festival at Sutton Hoo Farm on July 16th – 18th 2010, to be called Sutton Hoo Ha! Exciting Alternative Rock band Prego from London are lined up to play and provide rock workshops at the event and more info on them can be found at www.pregomusic.com. In addition there will be other local bands and a wide choice of activities for those so inclined; if not, just chill out with friends for 2 days!


 

Revamp of the Just42 Website – Feb 2010

We are indebted to Graham Oliver who with Ben Ward, has spent many hours recently helping us to produce this new style website which is more interactive and can be easily updated to ensure information is right up to date. Please bear with us while work in progress on this is completed. Eventually, we are planning that it will provide you with all information about Clubs and events which are taking place and we would urge our young people, friends, members and supporters to check in regularly.


 

Something for everyone in summer project

Woodbridge based Youth work charity Just42 have a nautical theme to this year's summer programme but there is still plenty of choice for those who do not want to get their feet wet!

Just42 ‘Rural Ramble'

The Christian Youthwork agency, Just42 who are based at the Woodbridge Youth Centre near Kingston Field are planning a walk to promote their work in rural areas on Saturday April 25 th 2009.

Just42 run Kidz Klubs (4 -11 year olds) and/or senior youth clubs (11 -18 year olds) in Grundisburgh, Hasketon, Bredfield and Woodbridge and are challenging families from those communities to walk from village to village along a designated mainly footpath route, passing through some of the prettiest countryside in East Suffolk, including a stretch along the bank of the River Deben.
